UPGRADE If you intend to have more than 10 kids in your party or for parties larger than 20 guests, please refer to the “Happier Kids” section of our website for full details.

* $18.00 for each additional child or $85 for each group of 5 additional kids

* $12 if under 24 months old or $50 for each group of 5 kids under 24 months old

* $6 for each additional adult.

• Printable Invitations or printed invitation cards are also available for pick up.
• 2 hours party and play Use of a private party room for the duration of the party.
• Each guest (children 2 yrs and above only) gets 1 half price return play.

AVAILABILITY:  Monday-Sunday  12pm – 2pm or 4pm – 6pm

FOOD, DECOR & PARTY SUPPLIES is host’s responsibility. The cost is only for room rental and admission tickets; it does not include food or décor.

SET-UP & CLEAN-UP:  As a host you get 30-45 minutes prior to come in-to set-up and decorate. The party time window for your guests is 2 hours only. You have 15/20 minutes after party pack-up time. Please don’t leave any consumed food or drinks on the tables.

DEPOSIT: The deposit is $100, non refundable. All deposits are subject to 13% HST. Please see our rules and regulations for full details of party downgrade conditions and our cancellation policy.

WAIVER: A completed and signed waiver by a parent/guardian is required for all minors entering Kidsapia family entertainment centre. Save time by signing our online waiver below.
