Kidsapia is the home of “Young Engineers Greater Mississauga”. Since 2018, Kidsapia and YEGM are bringing summer camps to our Mississauga/Oakville Families! Young Engineers LEGO-Robotic Camps are an exciting experience for participants of all ages.

We encourage continued learning. Our various camp programs offer our premier edutainment (education + entertainment) experience. Young Engineers Greater Mississauga (YEGM) camps provide participants with an exciting way to learn and have fun through building a variety of LEGO-robotic models.

The camp experience provides children with a safe and comfortable environment to get excited about learning and meet new friends during summer. These STEM camps convert our enrichment methods into special daylong camp activities.

Camp Activities

Our camps includes various enriching activities for kids. Few details are mentioned below.

Mental Clarity and Peace of Mind

Yoga, Meditation, Emotional Intelligence, soft skills-circle time, and understanding emotions of others (Mornings)

LEGO-Robotic Workshop

Kids build motorized models based on science concepts, for e.g. washing machines, ferris wheels etc. Learning the science concepts behind the models (Before Lunch)

STEM Session

Various arts and crafts and science experiments (After lunch)

LEGO and Kidsapia Play Times

During the day, the kids use Kidsapia rides for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. 10.30 to 10.45 break time, after lunch, 12.30 to 1.00 and again 3.15 to 3.45 are the dedicated Kidsapia play times!

Eat Well, Play Well

All food (two snacks and lunch) to be provided from home, NUTFREE. Just like school.

Themes and Camp Experience

Various camp themes. Some examples are:

Robots in Agriculture
Lever Principle

The mornings in the camps are dedicated to mindfulness. We do Yoga, Meditation and Emotional Intelligence circle time. Our camps are one of a kind, a mix of Science and Mindfulness where we try to give the kids a holistic experience on learning.

Kidsapia Summer Camp

Thanks for coming out this summer. See you at the March Break camps in 2027!

Full Day: 9am to 4pm.

Half Day: 9am to 12:30pm.

* Is for kids 4 to 10 yrs old.
* Kids are seated with their age groups in different rooms.
* University of Waterloo STEM students are our teachers and do co-op with us. Full police clearance and CPR trained.
* Teacher to child ratio is 1:3. For every 3 kids there’s one teacher.
* The activities and robotic builds are different every day and every week. There is no repeat of any of our robotic builds.

FOOD to bring each day for camp: NUT FREE food to be provided from home.

Two 15-minute lunch breaks and a 30-minute lunch break are provided.
