LARGE PARTY IMPORTANT NOTE: Maximum Height of 130cm/52″ for kids is in place to enter and play at Kidsapia. Apologies but no exceptions to this rule can be allowed.
LARGE PARTY PACKAGE includes:
- 2 hours party and play Use of 2 connecting private party rooms for the duration of the party.
- As per fire and safety regulations each party room can accommodate a maximum of 30 people.
- Each guest (children 2 yrs and above only) gets 1 half price return play. Maximum 30 children.
- Printable Invitations or printed invitation cards are also available for pick up.
AVAILABILITY: Mon-Friday: Any customized 2 hours slot between 10 am to 8 pm
Sat-Sun: 12 pm to 2 pm OR 4 pm to 6 pm.
FOOD, DECOR & PARTY SUPPLIES is host’s responsibility. The cost is only for room rental and admission tickets; it does not include food or décor.
SET-UP & CLEAN-UP: As a host you get 30-45 minutes prior to come in-to set-up and decorate. The party time window for your guests is 2 hours only. You have 15/20 minutes after party pack-up time. Please don’t leave any consumed food or drinks on the tables.
DEPOSIT: We take 50% non refundable deposit for this booking. All deposits are subject to 13% HST. Please see our rules and regulations for full details of party downgrade conditions and our cancellation policy.
WAIVER: A completed and signed waiver by a parent/guardian is required for all minors entering Kidsapia family entertainment centre. Save time by signing our online waiver below.

For 50 to 100 people maximum, count includes children and adults. The whole facility will be closed to the public.

COMPLETE PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGE includes:
- 2.5 hours party and play time. Use of 4 party rooms, cafeteria, and full playground for the duration of the party.
- Each guest (children 2 yrs and above only) gets 1 half price return play. Maximum 30 children.
- Printable Invitations or printed invitation cards are also available for pick up.
AVAILABILITY: Only available as the FIRST party. Morning party time can be customized as follows – 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and we open doors for public at 1.00 pm.
Monday-Friday: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Playground closure at 5 pm.
Saturday-Sunday: Morning party as stated above.
NOTE: Private parties are difficult to find in availability, especially in winter. For any parent who has booked a single room party, the playground cannot be closed as the commitment to that parent has been completed. Summer private parties are easier to find and book.
