IMPORTANT NOTE: Maximum Height of 120cm/48″ for kids is in place to enter and play at Kidsapia. Apologies but no exceptions to this rule can be allowed.
We would love to host all your parties and events. If your party/event is larger than 15 kids you can take advantage of our upgrade package for $75 per each group of 5 additional kids and save $5 for each upgrade (or $50 for each group of 5 additional kids under 2 years old).
Each party upgrade of $75 includes the following items as well as the extra room allocation as per table below:
- 5 additional kids (and 5 additional adults)
- 1 additional large pizza
- 5 additional drinks
- 5 additional 1/2 price tickets
- 5 additional invitations
10 to 15 kids – 1 party room ($100 deposit)*
16 to 25 kids – 2 party rooms ($200 deposit)*
26 to 35 kids – 3 party rooms ($300 deposit)*
36 to 45 kids – 4 party rooms ($400 deposit)*
*All deposits are non-refundable and subject to HST at 13%.
Please Note: Minimum party package at Kidsapia is the Happy package for 10 kids. Party packages larger than 15 kids can only be downgraded to smaller party packages with 4 full weeks’ notice. A completed and signed waiver by a parent/guardian is required for all minors entering Kidsapia family entertainment centre. Save time by signing our online waiver below.
